How to preflight your job.
- After you’ve created a PDF file following
our "how to create a PDF file" instructions,
CLICK HERE to preflight the file.
- Type in the word "customer" as the username and
click the "Login" button.

Click the browse button and
select the PDF file(s) you want to preflight (use
the shift key to select multiple files

Confirm the file(s) you've chosen, then select
the BookMasters profile from the drop down menu and click continue.

The
preflight process may take a few minutes depending on the size of the file(s)
you’ve submitted and your connection speed.

Review your report. If there
are any errors, go back to the page layout document that the PDF file(s)
was created from and resolve all the issues listed in the preflight
report. (You can click on the Detailed Info button for a more in-depth
report.) Make a new PDF file(s) and preflight again. Repeat
this process until you receive a successful report.

After you receive a successful
Preflight inspection report, make a printout of it. Then click on the
Finish button to complete the process.

You are now ready to send your
files to your BookMasters Sales Rep.
